a+u 1975 Special Issue Louis I. Kahn

It is an intimate album of acknowledgement. 328pp, full color.

MLTW Houses 1959-1975
One of the earliest books from Edita, before they started the GA Houses series, featuring 38 houses, most of them sited along the California coast. Nothing had been quite like MLTW, they were the flamboyance that no one had quite managed. And the instinct. They made a SEA RANCH, where it had not been even imagined. Each house is photographed by Futagawa in black and white, and color where it was obvious. Every Sea Ranch house is here, with plan and section. (The binding was not deep enough for the paper - there was only one edition and every copy has loosened pages)
