Handmade by furniture maker Jay T. Scott of 80-100 year old Eastern Black Cherry with a beeswax finish. Available for left or right hand.

The spoon's angle is the precise angle specified by Scott's wife, NIkki McClure, for stirring.

Handwash only, but when a well-meaning guest puts it in the dishwasher, a light rubbing with fine steel wool and a coat of olive or coconut oil will bring back the luster.
